POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

POSTER SESSION

Posters will be up in the venue during the whole Conference. Poster session will take place on June 10 at 15.15-16.00. During the poster session, you can give information about your poster to other participants. Session will be moderated by two moderators, Kaja Elstein and Anda Nulle.

MOUNTING AND DEMOUNTING

You will be able to mount your poster starting from June 9, the area will be always open. Please mount the poster as soon as possible after arrival.

All posters should be dismounted by 15:20 on Saturday at the latest.

PAPER POSTER GUIDELINES

The maximum size enabled for your poster is A0 size - 841 mm (horizontal) x 1188 mm (vertical). Please choose a suitable format for your poster.

Posters will be mounted using double-sided removable adhesive tape or blu-tack, provided by the organizer. Please do not print your poster on textile, vinyl or too heavy paper.

E-POSTER 
GUIDELINES

All posters will be uploaded to the virtual platform for the virtual participants.

​

E-poster will be presented in vertical PDF format, it will be scrollable and downloadable and it has to be 1 page long.

​

Please send the PDF file from your poster by June 1 to DROPBOX HERE.

If you will join us in Tartu with a paper poster, please also send us your poster in PDF format as
e-poster so we can show your poster to online participants as well. 

Everyone who will send us only e-poster, we can offer poster printing service. More information have been sent to your e-mail!
